FAQ

 We conduct lessons at the customers home or community pool. If you do not have access to either we have access to multiple community pools in the west Frisco area. All coaches have a 30 minute gap in-between lessons; therefore, we have 8-mile radius policy to ensure they are adequately on-time.

 Every child is different, if they are a fast learner and I don’t have to unteach anything they previously were taught then I would say between 2-4 weeks. If you are looking to further their swimming knowledge it could possibly take the whole summer. It varies kid to kid. 

 We believe children learn best in our one-on-one environment. Therefore, we ask you allow 1 child per 30-minutes. If you have 2 children, you may purchase/schedule a 1-hour block and they may split that evenly. More than 2 children? You may select to choose the 30-.minute add on. 

 Again, there is no “required” amount they must take. We recommend twice a week as the 'minimum'. For children under the the age of 4, we advise you select a 30 minute time slot to ensure their best energy and eliminate any burn out.

If for for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule, we require a 48 hour notice. Failure to comply will result in forfeiting the lesson and no make-up class will be offered. Failure to show up to a lesson will remove that lesson from your package and you will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee.
